WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT US:

Are numbers, structure, and reliable processes right up your alley? Then you've come to the right place. To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for an Accounting Specialist who will actively help shape our financial processes with high quality standards and an eye for efficient workflows.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Checking, assigning, and posting incoming invoices (accounts payable)
Checking and posting travel expense reports
Preparing and executing payment transactions
Posting and reconciling bank accounts
Account clarification/maintenance of financial master data in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts
Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in financial accounting
Initial or several years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Confident use of ERP systems and Microsoft 365, especially Excel
Fluency in German is required
Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
Strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking
Team spirit and an independent and solution-oriented way of working
