Revocation information

Right of revocation

You may revoke your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The revocation period begins on the day the contract is concluded, but not before you have received this revocation information and all legally required information.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ascory Bank AG, Große Elbstraße 39, 22767 Hamburg, email: ascory@kundenserviceteam.de) by means of a clear statement of your decision to revoke this contract.

To do so, you may:

• use this electronic withdrawal form on our online user interface,
• submit your withdrawal via the secure online banking portal, or
• submit a statement in writing (e.g. email, letter).

Use of the electronic revocation option provided is not mandatory.
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the deadline expires.
 

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must refund all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your notice of revocation.
If you have requested that the services commence during the revocation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time of receipt of the notice of revocation.


Electronic confirmation of receipt

If you use our online form, we will confirm receipt of your revocation immediately on a durable medium (e.g. email or PDF).


 

Note on completion: In the case of a joint account, it is sufficient to provide the details of one account holder.

Filing a complaint is free of charge.

We handle each complaint individually and deal with the facts you have described. To this end, we make necessary research. If we need more time for the reply than four (4) business days, we will give you an intermediate information.

Our guideline is to find a fair solution. We will be pleased to discuss the results with you personally or to inform you in writing. 


It is not always possible to find a satisfactory solution for you. You always have the opportunity to address your complaint to other agencies:
