WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT US:

As an experienced expert, you will support our Corporate Clients team in the area of Structured Finance. You will structure, negotiate, and manage complex credit transactions—from securitizations to other structured finance arrangements—while building long-term client relationships. If you have an independent, results-oriented approach to work and enjoy designing innovative financial structures, you’ve come to the right place.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Structuring, negotiating, and managing complex credit transactions (including securitizations)
Independent identification, analysis, and evaluation of new credit exposures
Establishing new business relationships and long-term partnerships
Preparation of internal and external decision-making documents (LOIs, term sheets, loan applications)
Support throughout the entire approval and client onboarding process

YOUR PROFILE:

Several years of experience in Structured Finance / Securitization
In-depth knowledge of credit products and structured finance (securitizations)
Analytical thinking and strong aptitude for numbers
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
Ability to work independently, self-motivation, and a proactive approach
Passion for networking and building long-term client relationships
Strong client focus and a practical mindset
