WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT US:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identification and assessment of significant risks

Conducting risk inventory
Quantification of all significant risk types in accordance with regulatory requirements (focus on counterparty default risk)
Collection, analysis and validation of key risk indicators for overall bank management

Risk-bearing capacity & capital planning

Calculation, maintenance and further development of risk-bearing capacity calculations, including stress tests
Ensuring consistent linking of risk-bearing capacity, capital planning and strategic orientation

Governance & regulation

Contact person for supervisory authorities and auditors; monitoring of new regulatory requirements
Data quality monitoring and ensuring model governance

YOUR PROFILE:

At least 5 years of professional experience in regulatory risk controlling
Master's degree in risk management, finance/banking, business mathematics or comparable; alternatively, banking training with a focus on risk and relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of MaRisk, ICAAP, IRRBB and the quantification of significant risk types
Very good Excel skills are essential
Extremely independent and autonomous way of working
Strong analytical skills paired with strategic vision
All-rounder mentality and generalist approach: holistic understanding of risk instead of silo thinking
