YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establishment of a company-wide process management system and development of a consistent process landscape
  • Definition of standards, modelling conventions, process hierarchies, roles and governance structures
  • Evaluation, selection and implementation of suitable process management and modelling tools
  • Independent planning and management of process management and optimisation projects as part of establishing the process landscape
  • Conducting process audits and workshops to identify potential for improvement and automation
  • Establishing process metrics, quality criteria and maintenance cycles
  • Providing consultancy, training and coaching to business units and process owners, and fostering cross-functional collaboration

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Several years’ professional experience in process management, process analysis or a comparable role
  •  Proven experience in establishing or further developing process landscapes, governance models and standards
  • In-depth knowledge of process modelling (e.g. BPMN 2.0, EPK or UML)
  • Experience in independently managing cross-functional projects, including planning, stakeholder management and supporting implementation
  • Experience in selecting or implementing process management and modelling tools is desirable
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of complex end-to-end processes
  • A high degree of initiative and the ability to organise work effectively
  • Fluency in German and a very good command of English
