YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establishment of a company-wide process management system and development of a consistent process landscape
Definition of standards, modelling conventions, process hierarchies, roles and governance structures
Evaluation, selection and implementation of suitable process management and modelling tools
Independent planning and management of process management and optimisation projects as part of establishing the process landscape
Conducting process audits and workshops to identify potential for improvement and automation
Establishing process metrics, quality criteria and maintenance cycles
Providing consultancy, training and coaching to business units and process owners, and fostering cross-functional collaboration

YOUR PROFILE:

Several years’ professional experience in process management, process analysis or a comparable role
Proven experience in establishing or further developing process landscapes, governance models and standards
In-depth knowledge of process modelling (e.g. BPMN 2.0, EPK or UML)
Experience in independently managing cross-functional projects, including planning, stakeholder management and supporting implementation
Experience in selecting or implementing process management and modelling tools is desirable
Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of complex end-to-end processes
A high degree of initiative and the ability to organise work effectively
Fluency in German and a very good command of English
