As an experienced Credit & Portfolio Analyst, become part of our dedicated Credit Team—a well-coordinated unit with colleagues in Hamburg and Sofia.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Independently prepare, evaluate, and present credit proposals to the Credit Committee
Perform detailed credit analyses, cash flow calculations, and risk/return analyses across various credit classes
Develop, implement, and continuously optimize analytical models, valuation processes, and reporting standards
Ongoing monitoring of credit portfolios with a focus on leading indicators and risk drivers
Close cooperation with portfolio and risk management to ensure consistently high credit quality and regulatory compliance

YOUR PROFILE:

Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or comparabl
At least 5 years of professional experience in credit and portfolio analysis, ideally in the banking sector
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in the European area (EBA guidelines and CRR)
Experience in factoring is a plus
Very good Excel skills and experience in building financial models or data-based analyses
Excellent communication skills in German and very good written and spoken English
High analytical skills, reliability, and a structured approach to work
Ability to present complex financial issues in a clear and understandable manner
