WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT US:

As an experienced expert, you will support our Corporate Clients team in the area of structured finance. You will identify opportunities, build sustainable partnerships with leasing and factoring institutions in Germany and Austria, and work with your network to design forward-looking financial structures—from securitizations to complex credit transactions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Structuring, negotiating, and managing credit transactions (securitizations and other structured finance transactions)
Independent identification and evaluation of new credit commitments with leasing and factoring institutions in Germany and Austria
Establishing new business relationships and long-term partnerships with leasing and factoring institutions in Germany
Analysis and evaluation of transaction/business structures that meet the needs of our customers
Preparation of internal and external decision-making documents such as LOIs, term sheets, credit applications, etc., as well as comprehensive support throughout the entire approval and customer onboarding process

YOUR PROFILE:

Several years of experience in structured finance/securitization
Experience in financing leasing and factoring institutions
Strong interest in the leasing and factoring market
Analytical thinking and in-depth knowledge of credit products and structured credit products (securitizations)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
Independent working style and a high degree of self-motivation
Passionate networker and highly motivated to build long-term client relationships
Highly client-oriented with a practical mindset—our solutions for clients are tailor-made
