WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT US:

In this key position, you will be responsible for developing and successfully placing our structured financing products with institutional investors. As the central interface to the capital market, you will ensure that our financing structures are market-driven, investor-friendly, and convincingly positioned. In addition to targeting investors, your focus will be on excellence in content, a sound understanding of structuring, and the professional marketing of our products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing and structuring investor-friendly transactions—in particular via credit funds and/or securitization special purpose entities—in close cooperation with the Origination, Credit, and Legal & Structuring department
Independently acquiring and evaluating new syndication opportunities for our corporate clients in the fintech, energy transition, and LBO & MBO segments
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors (banks, debt funds, pension funds, insurance companies, asset managers, etc.)
Analysis and evaluation of transaction structures that meet the needs of our institutional investors
Positioning of our banking products on the market, including the creation of compelling investment storylines
Preparation of internal and external decision-making documents, such as presentations, LOIs, term sheets, and comprehensive support for our syndication partners

YOUR PROFILE:

Many years of experience in syndication or structuring departments in banks or law firms
In-depth knowledge of credit products and structured credit products (securitizations), credit funds, and syndication (securitizations)
Proven experience in dealing with institutional investors and complex financing structures
Very good written and spoken German and English
Ambitious dealmaker with an independent working style and a high degree of self-motivation to build and develop this business area
Passionate networker and highly motivated to build long-term customer relationships
